With the applica-tion of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology in reproductive tract microorganisms, it will be helpful to furtherdiscover the functions and mechanisms of the interaction between microorganisms and hosts. However, compared withother microbiota, the research on the reproductive tract microbiota has not received extensive attention, but the female re-productive tract microbiota is an area that affects the quality of life and offspring, and it is worthy of further research. This article mainly reviews the effects of vaginal microbes, uterine microbes and female reproductive tract microbes onmale reproductive tract microbiota.
