      【摘要】 牵张成骨是组织工程技术中的重要类型之一。该技术自推广以来,逐渐成为临床上治疗骨缺损、骨不连的有效方法。就目前发展形势看,临床工作者尚未明确牵张成骨作用机制。骨髓间充质干细胞是牵张成骨中不可缺少的部分,牵张成骨再生以牵张应力下局部骨髓间充质干细胞迁移至骨截断区为前提。在此基础上,本文对骨髓间充质干细胞迁移机制在骨牵张过程中的作用进行探讨,为牵张成骨的广泛应用提供理论依据。

Research progress in the regulation mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells migration in distractionosteogenesis.

Since thepopularization of this technique, it has gradually become an effective method in clinical treatment of bone defect andnonunion. At present, the mechanism of distraction osteogenesis has not been clarified. Bone marrow mesenchymal stemcells (BMSCs) are an indispensable part of distraction osteogenesis. The premise of distraction osteogenesis is that localbone marrow mesenchymal stem cells migrate to the osteotomy area under tensile stress. On this basis, this paper dis-cusses the role of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells migration mechanism in the process of bone distraction, and pro-vides a theoretical basis for the extensive application of distraction osteogenesis.
