      【摘要】 脑梗死是局部脑组织区域血液供应障碍,导致脑组织缺血缺氧性病变坏死,进而引起神经功能缺损的一种严重影响人类生命和生活质量的中枢神经系统疾病,因为其高发病率、致残率和致死率,为我国带来了沉重的经济负担和社会负担。炎症反应是缺血性脑损伤病理过程发生和发展的重要机制,核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3 (NLRP3)炎症小体通过促进白细胞介素1β (IL-1β)和白细胞介素18 (IL-18)的释放以及诱导细胞焦亡,在加剧脑梗死后缺血性脑损伤炎症反应过程中具有重要作用,通过研究调节NLRP3炎症小体的相关机制能为脑梗死的防治提供新的方向。

Research progress on the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in ischemic brain injury.

Because of its high morbidity, disabilityand fatality rate, it has brought a heavy economic and social burden to our country. Inflammation is an important mecha-nism for the occurrence and development of the pathological process of ischemic brain injury. NLRP3 inflammatomeplays an important role in exacerbating the inflammatory response to ischemic brain injury after cerebral infarction bypromoting the release of IL-1β and IL-18 and inducing pyroptosis. The regulation of NLRP3 inflammalome mechanismcan provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
