      标题:长链非编码RNA与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

      【摘要】 长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是一类由两百至十万个核苷酸组成却不参与蛋白质编码的RNA序列,研究者最初认为LncRNA是RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的副产物,不具备生物活性。但近年来大量研究发现,LncRNA可在多层面上(表观遗传调控、转录调控以及转录后调控等)对基因表达进行调控。通过参与细胞分化、增殖、凋亡和自噬等环节,影响多种心血管疾病的发生、进展。LncRNA有望成为疾病诊断或药物研发的新靶点。本文综述了LncRNA与常见心血管疾病之间的关系,以期为后续心血管疾病的诊断和治疗提供理论基础。

New progress in the role of long non-coding RNA in cardiovascular disease.

Shenzhen Children's Hospital, Shenzhen518000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is a type of RNA sequence composed of two hundred to one hun-dred thousand nucleotides but not involved in protein coding. Researchers initially believed that LncRNA was a by-prod-uct of RNA polymerase Ⅱ, did not have biological activity. However, in recent years, a large number of studies havefound that LncRNA can regulate gene expression on multiple levels (epigenetic regulation, transcription regulation,post-transcriptional regulation, etc.). By participating in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy, it af-fects the occurrence and progress of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. LncRNA is expected to become a new target fordisease diagnosis or drug development. This article reviews the relationship between LncRNA and common cardiovasculardiseases, in order to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
