      标题:免疫球蛋白在原发性 IgA肾病中的研究进展

      【摘要】 IgA肾病(IgAN)是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,是以肾小球系膜区 IgA为主的免疫球蛋白沉积为特征的肾小球肾炎,约半数病人同时合并 IgG、IgM的沉积。虽然大部分 IgAN表现为良性病程,但相当一部分患者在20年内发展为终末期肾脏病。IgAN的发病机制尚不完全清楚,既往研究已明确免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)IgA1分子异常糖基化是 IgAN重要发病机制之一,随着研究的深入,其它免疫球蛋白如 IgG,IgM在 IgAN的发生发展中的作用越来越受到重视。现就免疫球蛋白在 IgAN中的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of immunoglobulin in primary IgA nephropathy.

Institute ofNephrology, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjiang 524001, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerular disease characterized byIgA-based immunoglobulin deposition in the mesangial region of the glomerulus, and about half of the patients haveIgG, IgM deposition. Although most of IgAN presents with a benign course, a considerable number of patients developend-stage renal disease (ESRD) within 20 years. The pathogenesis of IgAN is not fully understood. Previous studieshave confirmed that the abnormal glycosylation of immunoglobulin (Ig) IgA1 molecule is one of the important pathogen-esis of IgAN. With the deepening of research, other immunoglobulins such as IgG and IgM have received more andmore attention in the role of occurrence and development in IgAN. This article reviews the research progress of immuno-globulin in IgAN.
