      【摘要】 帕金森病(PD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。PD的典型运动症状是步态缓慢、静止性震颤、姿势不稳和肌强直。除了运动症状外,患者还会受到抑郁和便秘、睡眠障碍、营养不良、认知障碍等非运动症状的影响。抑郁是PD的主要情绪表现,其病理生理机尚未完全阐明。除了单胺能失衡外,免疫异常和肠道微生物区系的改变也与PD抑郁有关。本文将从肠道菌群如何影响PD抑郁,阐述肠道菌群与PD之间关系的目前研究进展情况。

Research progress on the relationship between intestinal microbiota and depression in Parkinson's disease.

First Department of Neurology, North China University of Science andTechnology, Tangshan 063000, Hebei, CHINA【Abstract】 Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases, which seriously af-fects the quality of life of patients. The typical motor symptoms of PD are slow gait, resting tremor, postural instability,and muscle rigidity. In addition to motor symptoms, patients may also be affected by non-motor symptoms such as de-pression and constipation, sleep disorders, malnutrition, and cognitive impairment. Depression is the main emotionalmanifestation of PD, and its pathophysiology has not been fully elucidated. In addition to monoaminergic imbalance, im-mune abnormalities and changes in intestinal microbiota are also related to PD depression. This article will discuss howthe gut microbiota affects PD depression and explain the current research progress on the relationship between gut micro-biota and PD.
