      标题:基于三维质量结构模式的高血压脑出血护理质量敏感指标体系的构建

      【摘要】 目的 构建高血压脑出血护理质量敏感指标体系,为科学、客观、准确地测量高血压脑出血护理质量水平提供科学依据。方法 2020年6~12月课题小组以Donabedian的“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构模式为理论依据,通过文献回顾、两轮德尔菲专家咨询及层次分析法构建高血压脑出血护理质量敏感指标体系。结果 通过2轮德尔菲专家咨询,共发放问卷38张,问卷有效回收率为100%;专家的判断依据系数为0.945和0.966;专家熟悉程度系数为 0.827和 0.850,专家权威系数为 0.893和 0.915;变异系数为 0~0.136;两轮函询协调系数值为 0.065 和0.186,经χ2检验有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成了3个一级指标、18个二级指标、65个三级指标的高血压脑出血护理质量敏感指标体系。结论 高血压脑出血护理质量评价指标体系体现全程性、特异性,可靠性和实用性较好,权重层次分明,指标明确,具有科学性、客观性和可操作性,可作为评价高血压脑出血护理质量的依据,为临床护理人员工作实践提供指引。

Construction of sensitive index system for nursing quality of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage based onthree-dimensional quality structure model.

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a sensitive index system for nursing quality of hypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage (HICH), so as to provide scientific basis for scientifically, objectively and accurately measuring the nursingquality level of HICH. Methods From June to December 2020, based on the Donabedian“structure-process-result”3Dmass structure model and literature review, two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process wereperformed to construct the sensitive index system for nursing quality of HICH. Results In the two rounds of expert con-sultation, a total of 38 questionnaires were distributed, and all the questionnaires (100%) were collected; The expert'sjudgment basis coefficients were 0.945 and 0.966, the familiarity coefficients were 0.827 and 0.850, and the authority co-efficients were 0.893 and 0.915. The coefficient of variation was 0 to 0.136. The coordination coefficients were 0.065and 0.186 with two rounds of consultation, and the chi-square test showed no statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Finally, a sensitive index system for nursing quality of HICH with 3 first-level indicators,18 second-level indica-tors, and 65 third-level indicators was formed. Conclusion The sensitive index system for nursing quality of HICH re-flects the whole process, specificity, reliability, and practicability, and has clear weight hierarchy and clear index. It is sci-entific, objective, and operable. It can be used as the basis for evaluating nursing quality of HICH and provide guidancefor clinical nursing staff.
