      标题:半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感的疗效和安全性的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 系统评价半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感的疗效和安全性。方法 电子检索Cochrane图书馆、Embase、Pubmed、CBM和CNKI等数据库中关于半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感的临床随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为建库至2020年5月31日,同时追索纳入文献的参考文献,由两名研究员独立对文献进行筛选、资料提取和偏倚风险评估后,采用Revman 5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入11篇RCT文献。Meta分析结果显示:半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感在术后即刻和术后1个月时的疗效与安慰剂组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与传统治疗的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后未见不良反应及并发症发生。半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感术后3个月的远期疗效与安慰剂组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感的短期疗效肯定,今后尚需更多质量高、样本量大、随访时间长的随机对照试验,以进一步评估半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感的远期疗效。

Efficacy and safety of diode laser treatment for dentin hypersensitivity: a meta-analysis based on randomizedcontrolled trials.

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of diode laser treatment for dentin hy-persensitivity. Methods The Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, CBM and CNKI databases were electronicallysearched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of diode laser treatment for dentin hypersensitivity from incep-tion to May 31, 2020. Meanwhile, references of the included studies were also collected. Two reviewers independentlyscreened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. RevMan 5.3 software was used to per-form meta-analysis. Results A total of 11 RCTs were included, the results of meta-analysis showed that: the effect of di-ode laser in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity was significantly different from that of placebo group immediatelyand 1 month after treatment (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences of the efficacy between diode laser and tra-ditional therapies (P>0.05). No adverse effects and complications were reported. However, there was no significant differ-ence between the diode laser group and the placebo group at 3 months after the treatment (P>0.05) Conclusion Theshort-term effect of diode laser for dentin hypersensitivity is approved. More randomized clinical trials with large samplesize, high quality and long follow-up are required to assess the long-term efficacy of diode laser treatment for dentin hy-persensitivity.
