标题：医养结合新型养老服务模式国内外研究现状

      【摘要】 随着人口老龄化进程的进一步加深，我国老龄人口健康问题逐步凸显，单一的医疗服务或养老体系已经无法适应老年人健康需求。随着经济社会的高速发展，医疗卫生水平的逐步提高，医养结合型养老机构逐渐增多，医养结合新型养老服务模式能有效整合医养资源，是积极应对人口老龄化的有效举措。本文就医养结合国内外研究现状进行总结，以期为医养结合服务模式的推广及实施提供参考依据。

Research status and development trends of medical-nursing combined care model for the elderly.

Department of Nursing, Taihe Hospital of Shiyan, Shiyan 442000, Hubei, CHINA【Abstract】 With the further deepening of the aging process of the population, the health problems of the agingpopulation in China have gradually become prominent. The single medical service or pension system has been unable tomeet the health needs of the elderly. With the rapid development of economy and society and the gradual improvementof medical and health level, the number of elderly care institutions combined medical and health care is gradually in-creasing. The new service mode of combination of medical and health care can effectively integrate medical and healthresources, which is an effective measure to actively respond to the aging population. This article summarizes the statusquo of domestic and foreign research on the combination of medical and health care, hoping to provide reference for thepromotion and implementation of the combination of medical and health care service model.
