标题：寻常型银屑病的免疫学机制与中医药调控

      【摘要】 银屑病是一种严重影响人体心身健康的慢性炎症性免疫性疾病，寻常型银屑病是其中最多见的一种类型。典型的寻常型银屑病组织病理学表现为表皮角化不全伴角化过度，炎症细胞浸润和血管扩张。皮肤中多种免疫细胞均参与了寻常型银屑病的发病，如角质形成细胞、树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞等。本文重点综述寻常型银屑病免疫学机制中较为关键的免疫细胞及相应细胞因子的作用，并总结近年来中医药治疗寻常型银屑病免疫学作用机制的研究进展。

Immunological mechanism and traditional Chinese medicine regulation of psoriasis vulgaris.

The typical histopathological features of pso-riasis vulgaris are keratinization imperfecta with hyperkeratosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and vasodilation. A varietyof immune cells in the skin are involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris, such as keratinocytes, dendritic cells, Tlymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages. In this paper, the role of immune cells and related cytokines in the immunologi-cal mechanism of psoriasis vulgaris was reviewed, and the research progress of immunological mechanism of traditionalChinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in recent years was summarized.
