标题：急性胰腺炎111例临床护理体会

      【摘要】 目的 总结急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理方法。方法 回顾性分析我院消化内科 2012年 1月至
2013年12月收治的111例急性胰腺炎患者的护理措施及转归。结果 显效18例(16.22%)，有效87例(78.38%)，
无效6例(5.41%)，总有效率为94.60%。结论 入院时全面正确评估患者身体状况，入院后严密观察监护和加强
心理护理，是提高急性胰腺炎疗效的重要护理措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods for the patients with acute pancreatitis.
Methods The nursing methods and outcome of 111 patients with acute pancreatitis in our Gastrointestinal Depart-
ment from January 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cases numbers of remarkable
effect, effect and inefficacy were 18 (16.22%), 87(78.38%), and 6 (5.41%) respectively, and the total effective rate
was 94.60%. Conclusion Overall evaluation for the patients' physical status on admission, close observation and in-
tensive psychological nursing are important methods to improve the curative effect.
