标题：基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗脓毒血症研究现状分析

      【摘要】 目的 利用文献计量学及可视化技术，分析中医药治疗脓毒血症的研究现状，揭示研究动态变化和发展态势，为中医药治疗脓毒血症研究提供思路和依据。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库中医药治疗脓毒血症的相关文献，运用科学计量学工具CiteSpace绘制中药治疗脓毒血症的知识图谱，并进行文献关键词共现分析、聚类分析及突现分析。结果 共纳入文献1 051篇，文献数量总体呈上升趋势。广东、山东、北京等研究机构发表的文献量较多，处于研究的领先地位，不同区域之间、不同高校机构、不同作者之间合作相对较小。以中医药治疗、血必净注射液、细胞因子、APACHE-Ⅱ评分和急性肾损伤等关键词组成的研究网络，可总结概括为探索期、发展期和深入研究三个时期。结论 脓毒血症的中医药研究有了长足的发展。加强不同区域之间、高校之间的学术合作是未来推动学科发展及促进学术发展的重要方面。未来研究趋势主要体现在研究领域和合作网络的拓展、研究方法的创新等方面。

Research status of sepsis treated by traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsisby bibliometrics and visualization techniques, and to reveal the dynamic changes and development trend, so as to pro-vide ideas and basis for the research of TCM in the treatment of sepsis. Methods The related literature of Chinese med-icine in the treatment of sepsis were searched by retrieving CNKI, VIP and Wangfang database. A traditional knowledgemapping of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis was drawn by using Citespace, and the key wordsco-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis, and emergent analysis were conducted. Results A total of 1 051 literature wasincluded, and the number of literature was increasing overall. Research institutions of Guangdong, Shandong and Beijinghave published a large amount of literature. The cooperation among different regions, institutions and universities and au-thors is relatively rare. The research network based on the keywords of TCM treatment, Xuebijing injection, cytokine,APACHE-Ⅱ score and acute kidney injury can be summarized into three stages: exploration stage, development stage ,and in-depth research stage. Conclusion The research on traditional Chinese medicine for sepsis has made great prog-ress. Strengthening academic cooperation between different regions and universities is an important aspect to promotethe development of disciplines and academic development in the future. Future research trends are mainly reflected inthe expansion of research fields and cooperative networks and the innovation of research methods.
