标题：移植性肺癌动物模型建立的研究进展

      【摘要】 肺癌在国内是发病率和死亡率最高的肿瘤。精准模拟肺癌病理过程的动物模型可为探讨肺癌的发病机制、早期临床诊断、预防策略、药物的疗效评价提供研究基础。本文将从模型实验动物、移植方法及其在评估肿瘤模型中的作用等方面对国内外移植性肺癌动物模型的研究现状做一综述。这些模型为肺癌的个体化治疗研究带来了新方向。

Animal models that accurately simulatethe pathological process of lung cancer can provide a research basis for exploring the pathogenesis, early clinical diagno-sis, prevention strategies, and drug efficacy evaluation of lung cancer. In this paper, the research status of animal modelsof transplanted lung cancer at home and abroad is reviewed in terms of ideal model experimental animals, transplanta-tion methods and its role in the evaluation of tumor models. These models also present a new direction for the individual-ized therapy of lung cancer patients.
