      【摘要】 脓毒症是一种极严重的可导致全身器官功能受损的急症，其治疗难度大且预后差。心功能障碍是导致病情恶化的重要一环，但临床工作中往往容易忽视预防心脏损伤。本文主要从脓毒血症与心功能障碍的相关性、可能的影响机制及心功能障碍对脓毒血症治疗及预后的相关性展开综述，希望为脓毒血症的治疗及预后具有启示意义。

Cardiac dysfunction is an important part of the deterioration of the disease, but the pre-vention of cardiac injury is often neglected in heavy clinical work. This article mainly reviews the correlation betweensepsis and cardiac dysfunction, possible mechanism of influence, correlation between cardiac dysfunction and the prog-nosis of sepsis, hoping to have the enlightenment significance to the treatment and prognosis of sepsis.
