      【摘要】 近年来,随着对肠道菌群研究的不断深入,人们发现肠道菌群与人体许多疾病的发生、发展以及病情的转归有着密切的联系,尤其是呼吸系统疾病。大量的研究表明,肠道菌群与气道变应性疾病有着千丝万缕的联系,肠道菌群微生态、菌群菌属以及其代谢物均可参与气道变应性疾病进程,影响其发生发展。然而,肠道微生物组成十分复杂,两者间的作用机制至今尚未完全阐明。因此,本文将重点对肠道菌群与气道变应性疾病(哮喘、变应性鼻炎)的相关性进行研究综述,以及学习“肠-肺轴”这个新概念,旨在为肠道菌群与气道变应性疾病的发生机制和治疗提供依据。

Relationship between gut microbiota and allergic airway diseases.

Department ofOtolaryngology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, Guangzhou 510000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 In recent years, with the further understanding of the study of gut microbiota, it has been found thatgut microbiota is fairly related to the genesis, development and outcome of various diseases, especially respiratory diseas-es. More and more studies have shown that gut microbiota is inextricably linked to airway allergic diseases. Intestinal mi-croflora microecology, flora bacteria and their metabolites can all participate in the process of airway allergic disease af-fecting its occurrence and progression. However, it’s so intricate for the composition of intestinal flora that the mecha-nism of interaction between gut microbiota and allergic airway diseases has not been completely clarified so far. There-fore, this review will make a summary of studies concentrated on the correlation between intestinal flora and airway al-lergic diseases (asthma, allergic rhinitis), and then introduce a new conception,“Lung-gut axis ", which aims to providethe basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of gut microbiota and airway allergic diseases.
