      标题:人工合成肽GH12在龋病防治中的研究进展

      【摘要】 牙体硬组织或软组织上形成的生物膜是龋病主要病因。因此,有效的抑制游离致病菌的增值和减少牙面菌斑生物膜的形成是预防和治疗口腔感染性疾病的关键。但是传统的抑菌药物长期使用可能会造成很多副作用如牙齿染色、胃肠道反应及耐药性等。GH12作为一种人工合成的新型抗菌肽,有广谱、低毒、作用迅速等特点,未来可能成为龋病的防治手段。本文就人工合成肽GH12在龋病防治进展做一综述。

Research progress of synthetic peptide GH12 for caries prevention and treatment.

Therefore, effec-tively inhibiting the proliferation of free pathogenic bacteria and reducing the formation of dental plaque biofilm is thekey to preventing and treating oral infectious diseases. However, the long-term use of traditional bacteriostatic drugsmay cause many side effects, such as tooth staining, gastrointestinal reactions, and drug resistance. GH12, as a new syn-thetic antimicrobial peptide, has the characteristics of broad spectrum, low toxicity, and rapid action, and may become anauxiliary treatment for caries in the future. This article reviews the progress of synthetic peptide GH12 in oral cavity.
