      标题:42株纹带棒状杆菌感染所致呼吸道感染疾病及耐药性分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析纹带棒状杆菌感染所致呼吸道感染疾病及耐药性情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月梅州市中医医院医学检验科收集的42株纹带棒状杆菌的科室分布、样本类型分布及药物敏感性试验结果。结果 纹带棒状杆菌在男性、60岁以上、肺部感染及行呼吸机或气管插管的患者中占比最多,分别为66.67%、69.05%、80.95%、88.10%;纹带棒状杆菌感染患者的白细胞计数(WBC)和中性粒细胞比例(N%)异常率较高,分别为71.43%和85.71%,且以呼吸科分布为主,占比42.86%;药敏敏感性试验结果显示,纹带棒状杆菌对环丙沙星、克林霉素、青霉素具有较强的耐药性,耐药率分别为90.48%、83.33%和73.81%,而对利福平、万古霉素的耐药性较低,耐药率分别为16.67%和16.67%。结论 纹带棒状杆菌在呼吸科中分布较广,可引起呼吸道感染疾病,而利福平、万古霉素对纹带棒状杆菌具有优良的抗菌性。

Analysis of 42 strains of Corynebacterium striatum causing respiratory tract infection and drug resistance.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the respiratory tract infection caused by 42 Corynebacterium striatum strainsand drug resistance of the strains, so as to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods The department distribution,sample type distribution, and drug sensitivity test results of 42 Corynebacterium striatum strains collected in Departmentof Medical Laboratory, Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed from June2019 to June 2020. Results Corynebacterium striatum accounted for 66.67%, 69.05%, 80.95%, and 88.10% in male pa-tients, patients over 60 years old, patients with pulmonary infection, and patients with ventilator or tracheal intubation, re-spectively. The abnormal rates of white blood cell count (WBC) and neutrophil granulocyte ratio (N%) were high, ac-counting for 71.43% and 85.71%, respectively, and the strains were mainly distributed in Respiratory Department, ac-counting for 42.86%. Drug sensitivity test showed that Corynebacterium striatum had strong resistance to ciprofloxacin,clindamycin, and penicillin, with the drug resistance rates of 90.48%%, 83.33%, and 73.81%, respectively, while the re-sistance rates to rifampicin and vancomycin were relatively low (16.67% and 16.67%, respectively). Conclusion Cory-nebacterium striatum is widely distributed in Respiratory Department and can cause respiratory tract infection. Rifampi-cin and vancomycin have excellent antibacterial activity against Corynebacterium striatum.
