      标题:膝骨关节炎患者血清 IL-2、IL-6与血管内皮生长因子的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探讨膝骨关节炎患者血清炎性因子与血管形成相关因子(VEGF)的关系。方法 选择 2015年1月至 2017年 1月南方医科大学附属南海医院关节外科收治的 36例膝骨关节炎患者作为观察组,其中Kellgren-LawrenceⅡ级13例、Ⅲ级14例、Ⅳ级9例,另选择同期体检健康者36例作为对照组,检测并比较两组受试者的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)和VEGF水平,采用 Sperman相关性分析血清 IL-2、IL-6与VEGF的相关性。结果 观察组和对照组受试者的血清 IL-2 [(3.47±0.85) μg/L vs (0.96±0.56) μg/L]、IL-6 [(223.78±26.54) ng/L vs (117.02±14.37) ng/L]、VEGF [(225.16±30.96) ng/L vs (136.71±20.18) ng/L]水平比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中,Ⅲ级患者的血清 IL-2、IL-6和VEGF水平明显高于Ⅱ级,Ⅳ级患者的血清 IL-2、IL-6和VEGF水平明显高于Ⅲ级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Sperman相关性分析结果显示,膝骨关节炎患者血清 IL-2和 IL-6与 VEGF呈显著正相关(r=0.386、0.369,P<0.05)。结论 炎性因子 IL-2、IL-6可能参与了膝骨关节炎的发生和发展,而且与血管内皮因子之间可能存在一定的关系,进而影响新生血管形成。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and explore the relationship between serum inflammatory factors IL-2, IL-6and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 36 patients withknee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics, Nanhai Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical Universi-ty from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the observation group. Among them, there were 13 cases of Kell-gren-Lawrence gradeⅡ, 14 cases of gradeⅢ, an d 9 cases of gradeⅣ. In addition, 36 healthy subjects for physical ex-amination during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6), and VEGF were detected and compared between the two groups. The correlation between serum IL-2、IL-6 andVEGF was analyzed by Sperman correlation. Results The serum IL-2, IL-6 , VEGF levels were (3.47±0.85) μg/L,(223.78±26.54) ng/L, (225.16±30.96) ng/L in the observation group, which were significantly higher than (0.96±0.56) μg/L,(117.02 ± 14.37) ng/L, (136.71 ± 20.18) ng/L in the control group (P<0.05).
