标题：“互联网+”在我国延续护理中的研究进展

      【摘要】 传统健康教育模式无法满足患者出院后的护理需求，随着互联网技术的发展以及国家对信息化建设的大力推进，“互联网+”延续护理成为新的发展趋势。本文就我国“互联网+”延续护理的应用形式、方案的构建方法、质量评价模式进行综述，并总结“互联网+”延续护理开展的阻碍因素，旨在为今后“互联网+”延续护理模式的发展提供参考。

Application progress on“Internet+”continuous nursing in China.

With the rapiddeveloping of internet technology and the country's vigorous promotion of information construction, "Internet +" continu-ous nursing has become a new development trend. This paper reviewed status quo of“Internet+”continuous nursing inChina from several aspects including application forms, structure, quality evaluation, and the difficulties in the processof promoting, which is expected to provide reference for the development of internet in continuous nursing.
