标题：慢性肾脏病患者血压变异性的研究进展

      【摘要】 慢性肾脏病的患病率逐年增加，现已成为全球性公共卫生问题之一。近年来不断有研究表明，血压变异性可导致患者肾功能的进一步恶化，还会增加患者心血管事件的发生率及全因死亡率。目前慢性肾脏病患者血压变异性作用机制及影响因素尚无统一定论，且暂无公认的量化血压变异性的指标。本文就慢性肾脏病患者血压变异性的概念、测定方法、对靶器官的损害及机制、影响因素及干预进行综述，为改善慢性肾脏病患者血压变异性提供临床防治思路。

Blood pressure variability (BPV) can lead to further deterioration of renal function, and in-crease the incidence of cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality. Currently, there is no consensus on the mechanismand influencing factors of BPV in patients with chronic kidney diseases, and there is no internationally recognized indexfor quantifying BPV. In this paper, the determination methods, influencing factors, target-organs damage, and its mecha-nism of BPV in patients with chronic kidney disease were summarized, providing clinical prevention and treatment ideasfor improving blood pressure variability in patients with chronic kidney disease.
