      标题:Galectin-3与宫颈组织癌变关系的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 系统评价半乳糖凝集素-3 (Galectin-3)与宫颈组织癌变的关系。方法 通过“Galectin-3、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌”等关键词检索CBMdisc、CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed、Web of science、Medline七个数据库,检索时间自建库至2020年7月。然后,两位研究人员按照纳入和排除标准独立进行文献的筛选,并提取资料。在对各个研究进行质量评价后,使用Stata12.0软件对纳入的研究进行分析。结果 纳入17篇文献,共2 262例受试者,包括正常宫颈组织293例、CIN 802例、宫颈癌1 167例。Galectin-3表达阳性率的OR值(95%CI)为:宫颈癌组和正常宫颈组13.54(9.14,20.06)、宫颈癌组与CIN组3.86 (2.65,5.61)、CIN组和正常宫颈组3.06 (1.50,6.22)。结论 Galectin-3表达上调会促进正常宫颈组织向宫颈癌的发展,检测Galectin-3的表达有助于评估宫颈癌的预后评估。

Meta-analysis of the relationship between Galectin-3 and cervical tissue canceration.

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between Galectin-3 and cervical tissue can-ceration. Methods Seven databases including CBMdisc, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, Pubmed, Web of Science, and Medlinewere searched by keyword "Galectin-3, Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia, Cervical Cancer", and the retrieval time wasfrom building database to July, 2020. Two researchers then independently screened the literature according to inclusionand exclusion criteria and extracted the data. After evaluating the quality of each study, the included studies were ana-lyzed by using Stata12.0 software. Results Seventeen literatures were included, involving a total of 2 262 subjects, in-cluding 293 cases of normal cervical tissue, 802 cases of CIN, and 1 167 cases of cervical cancer. The OR (95%CI) ofthe positive rate of Galectin-3 expression was 13.54 (9.14, 20.06) for the cervical cancer group, and the normal cervicalgroup, 3.86 (2.65, 5.61) for the cervical cancer group and CIN group, 3.06 (1.50, 6.22) for the CIN group and the normalcervical group. Conclusion The up-regulated expression of Galectin-3 will promote the development of normal cervi-cal to cervical cancer, and detection of Galectin-3 expression is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of cervical cancer.
