      【摘要】 原发性肺癌高居世界范围内恶性肿瘤发病率及病死率的首位,其中 80%以上为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),由于其起病隐匿且症状不典型,多数患者确诊时已错失手术时机。特异性靶向治疗为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的非手术治疗提供了新的途径,目前最常应用于表皮生长因子受体基因(EGFR)突变型肺癌。影像组学通过剖析非小细胞肺癌的基因表型、肿瘤分级分期、疗效评估及预后预测等,可为临床的“个体化治疗”和“精准治疗”提供指导。本文对基于影像组学在非小细胞肺癌基因突变中的应用进展进行综述。

Progress of gene mutations in non-small cell lung cancer based on radiomics.

Department of Radiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjiang524000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Primary lung cancer is the most malignant tumor in morbidity and mortality worldwide, and morethan 80% of them are non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Because of its hidden symptoms and atypical symptoms,most patients have missed the operation time. The molecular targeted therapy provides a new method for non-surgicaltreatment of advanced NSCLC, which mainly aims at lung cancer with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) genemutations. By analyzing the gene phenotype, tumor grade and stage, curative effect evaluation and prognosis predictionof lung cancer, radiomics can provide guidance for clinical individualized treatment and precision treatment. This paperreviews the application in non-small cell lung cancer based on radiomics.
