      【摘要】 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA。某些 lncRNA的异常表达在肿瘤的增殖、转移和凋亡中起着非常重要的作用。其中核仁小分子RNA宿主基因6 (SNHG6)在多种肿瘤组织中都可检测到异常表达。本文就SNHG6对人类多种肿瘤的调控作用及分子机制做一综述。

The abnormal expression of some lncRNAs plays a very important role in tumor proliferation, metastasis, andapoptosis. Small nucleolar RNA host gene 6 (SNHG6) is a lncRNA that is detected in a variety of tumor tissues. This pa-per reviews the regulatory role and molecular mechanism of SNHG6 in various human tumors.
