      【摘要】 信号素(Semaphorin)家族最初被认为是在神经轴突发育过程中起着导向作用的信号分子。最近,越来越多的研究表明Semaphorin家族在免疫系统中也具有重要作用。Semaphorin家族中的不同分子可以结合相应的受体,参与生理或病理性免疫反应的不同阶段,包括免疫细胞的活化、分化、增殖及迁移。本文就国内外关于Sema-phorin家族调控抗原呈递细胞和T细胞相互作用的研究进展做一综述,为进一步探究其在疾病中的作用提供参考。

Research progress on semaphorin family for regulating the interaction between antigen-presenting cells and Tcells.

Recently, more and more studies have shown that semaphorin family also plays an important rolein the immune system. Different molecules in semaphorin family can bind to corresponding receptors and participate indifferent stages of physiological or pathological immune responses, including the activation, differentiation, prolifera-tion, and migration of immune cells. In this review, recent advances in research of semaphorin in regulating the interac-tion between antigen-presenting cells (APC) and T cells are summarized and discussed to provide reference for furtherexploring its role in diseases.
