      标题:青海玉树地区藏族与汉族健康儿童细胞因子和免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4水平对比分析

      【摘要】 目的 比较藏族和汉族健康儿童不同年龄段血清细胞因子和免疫球蛋白及补体 C3、C4水平。方法 采用流式细胞仪微球芯片(CBA)技术和免疫比浊法检测并比较 2018年 12月至 2019年 12月在青海省妇女儿童医院进行健康体检的 600例藏族健康儿童和 621例汉族健康儿童的血清细胞因子[白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)及补体C3、C4水平。结果 同民族不同年龄之间比较,除 IL-10外,藏族儿童各细胞因子随年龄增长表达水平均增高,汉族儿童 IL-2和 IFN-γ随着年龄增长表达水平下降,其余增高,藏族儿童 IgA、IgM随年龄增长表达水平增高,汉族儿童免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4随着年龄增长表达水平均增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同民族之间比较,藏族儿童细胞因子各指标数值均低于汉族,藏族儿童免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4水平整体高于汉族,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同民族不同性别之间比较,藏族儿童仅 IFN-γ男性略高于女性,藏族儿童 IgG和 IgM水平男性低于女性,汉族儿童 IgA水平男性高于女性、IgM水平男性低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 细胞因子表达水平和免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4水平变化与年龄、民族相关,可为临床监测儿童疾病状态下细胞因子水平变化提供诊断依据。

Comparative analysis of cytokines, immunoglobulin, and complement C3, C4 levels between healthy Tibetan andHan children in Yushu area of Qinghai province.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the serum levels of cytokines, immunoglobulin, and complement C3 and C4in healthy Tibetan and Han children of different ages. Methods Flow cytometry instrument (CBA) microspheres chiptechnology and immune turbidimetric method were used to detect and compare the serum cytokines (interleukin-2[IL-2], interleukin-4 [IL-4], interleukin-6 [IL-6], interleukin-10 [IL-10], tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α], interfer-on-γ [IFN-γ]), immunoglobulin (IgA, IgM, and IgG), and C3 and C4 level of 600 healthy Tibetan children and 621healthy Han children who admitted to Qinghai Women's and Children's Hospital between December 2018 and December2019. Results For comparison among children with different ages in the same nationality, in addition to the IL-10,each cytokine expression levels in Tibetan children were increased along with the age growth; IL-2 and IFN-γ expres-sion level in Han children decreased with age, and the others increased; IgA, IgM expression level in Tibetan children in-creased along with the age; immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 expression levels in Han children were in-creased with age growth; all above differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). For different ethnic groups, thecytokine values of Tibetan children were all significantly lower than those of Han nationality, while the immunoglobulin,complement C3 and C4 levels of Tibetan children were significantly higher than those of Han nationality as a whole (allP<0.05). For comparison among children of difference genders in the same nationality, the IFN-γ level of Tibetan chil-dren was slightly higher in males than in females, the IgG and IgM levels of Tibetan children were significantly lower inmales than in females; the IgA level of Han children was significantly higher in males than in females, and the IgM levelof Han children was lower in males than in females (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of cytokines and thechanges of immunoglobulin, C3 and C4 levels are related to age and nationality, which can provide diagnostic basis forthe clinical monitoring of the changes of cytokines in children's disease state.
