标题：基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者的干预效果

      【摘要】 目的 探讨基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者的干预效果。方法 选取宝鸡市中心医院2017年3月至2019年12月收治的60例慢性再障贫血患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，于患者住院期间及出院后3个月，对照组给予常规护理指导干预，观察组则给予基于动机行为转化的护理指导干预。分别于干预前及出院后第 3个月复诊时，采用 SF-36生活质量评分及我院自制依从性评价量表评价并比较两组患者的生活质量和治疗依从性，并于出院后第 3个月复诊时评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 96.67%，明显高于对照组的 80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组患者干预后的社会功能[(6.98±1.57)分 vs (4.78±0.84)分]、情绪功能[(6.57±1.39)分 vs (3.68±0.81)分]、躯体功能[(7.54±1.64)分 vs (5.23±1.01)分]及角色功能[(5.86±1.24)分 vs (3.63±0.86)分]评分比较，观察组明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗依从率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者干预效果显著，其可提高患者的治疗依从性，提升生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing guidance based on motivation behavior transformationon patients with chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Sixty patients with chronic aplastic anemia in Baoji Central Hospi-tal from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, thepatients were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. During hospitalizationand 3 months after discharge, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nurs-ing guidance based on motivation behavior transformation. Before the intervention and 3 months after discharge, SF-36quality of life score and self-made compliance evaluation scale were used to evaluate and compare the quality of life andtreatment compliance of the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated at the third month afterdischarge. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The social function, emotional function, physical function, and role functionscores after intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05):(6.98±1.57) points vs (4.78±0.84) points; (6.57±1.39) points vs (3.68±0.81) points; (7.54±1.64) points vs (5.23±1.01) points;(5.86±1.24) points vs (3.63±0.86) points. The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%, whichwas significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing guidance based on motiva-tion behavior transformation has a significant effect on the intervention of patients with chronic aplastic anemia, whichcan improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
