      【摘要】 盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是女性常见病，近年来越来越受到重视，其中妊娠导致的盆底支持结构损伤是造成PFD的重要原因，其诊断方案成为近几年的研究热点。本文就妊娠对女性盆底结构功能的影响以及妊娠女性PDF的影像学改变进行综述。

The damage of pelvic floor support structure caused by pregnancy is an important causeof PFD. Its diagnosis plan has become a research hotspot in recent years. This article reviews the influence of pregnancyon the structure and function of the female pelvic floor and the imaging changes of PDF in pregnant women.
