      标题:营养护理干预对终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨营养护理干预对终末期肾病维持性血液透析(MHD)患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年6月期间在清远市清城区人民医院血液透析中心行MHD治疗的88例终末期肾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者则联合应用营养护理干预,疗程3个月。比较两组患者干预前后的血浆白蛋白(ALB)以及改良定量主观整体评估表(MQSGA)评分的变化,同时使用SF-36量表评价患者的生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组患者的血浆ALB为(37.5±2.7) g/L,明显高于对照组的(33.9±2.3) g/L,MQSGA评分为(11.2±1.8)分,明显低于对照组的(15.0±2.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SF-36量表中的生理健康、心理健康总评分分别为(64.6±7.2)分、(63.7±7.3)分,明显高于对照组的(53.2±6.1)分、(55.2±6.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 营养护理干预对改善终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者的营养状态有利,并且可以提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of nutritional nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoingmaintenance hemodialysis.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional nursing intervention on the quality of life of pa-tients with end-stage renal disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods During January 2019 toJune 2020, 88 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing MHD treated in Hemodialysis Center, People's Hospitalof Qingcheng District were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to random num-ber table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observa-tion group was treated with routine nursing intervention combined with nutritional nursing intervention, both for 3months. The changes of plasma albumin (ALB) and the score of modified quantitative subjective global assessment(MQSGA) were compared before and after intervention, and the quality of life of patients was evaluated by 36-itemShort-Form Health Survey (SF-36) scale. Results After the intervention, plasma ALB and MQSGA score in observa-tion group were (37.5±2.7) g/L and (11.2±1.8) points versus (33.9±2.3) g/L and (15.0±2.4) points of the control group(P>0.05); Physical Component Summary (PCS) and Mental Component Summary (MCS) scores of SF-36 scale in theobservation group were (64.6 ± 7.2) points and (63.7 ± 7.3) points, which were significantly higher than corresponding(53.2±6.1) points and (55.2±6.4) points in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Nutritional nursing intervention canimprove the nutritional status of patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and im-prove the quality of life.
