标题：角膜屈光手术视觉质量的研究进展

      【摘要】 现代社会的新技术(如准分子激光、飞秒激光等)推动着角膜屈光手术的变革和发展，术后单纯裸眼视力的提高已经不能满足患者和医生的追求，“视觉质量”应运而生。目前屈光矫正者生活质量量表(QIRC)、波前像差、双通道技术等被应用于临床视觉质量的评估。本文就角膜屈光手术中视觉质量的评价方法及研究进展而综述。

Progress in the study of visual quality of corneal refractive surgery.

Department ofOphthalmology, Yunnan Second People's Hospital, Kunming 655000, Yunnan, CHINA【Abstract】 New technologies in modern society (such as excimer lasers, femtosecond lasers) are driving thetransformation and development of corneal refractive surgery. The improvement of postoperative naked vision alone cannot satisfy the pursuit of patients and doctors, and "visual quality" came into being. At present, the Quality of Life Scalefor Refractive Correctors (QIRC), wavefront aberrations, and dual-channel technology have been used to evaluate clini-cal visual quality. This article describes the evaluation methods and research progress of visual quality in corneal refrac-tive surgery.
