标题：护理干预对膝骨关节炎患者病情控制及负性情绪的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预对膝骨关节炎患者病情控制及负性情绪的影响。方法 选取102例膝骨关节
炎患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各51例，对照组患者采取常规护理和治疗，观察组患者给予综合护理干
预，比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节指数评分和 SAS、SDS评分。结果 观察组患者出院时膝关节指数评分为
（3.11±1.65）分，明显低于对照组的（5.76±2.43）分，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前SAS及SDS评
分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组患者SAS及SDS评分分别为（36.83±3.67）分和（41.02±4.76）分，
均明显小于对照组的（42.01±4.82）分和（45.19±5.34）分，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 系统护
理干预可有效促进患者膝关节的恢复，改善患者焦虑和抑郁情绪，利于患者疾病的康复。

Effect of nursing intervention on the disease control and negative emotions of patients with knee osteoarthritis.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on disease control and negative emo-
tions of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and two patients with knee osteoarthritis were ran-
domly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 51 patients in each group. Patients in the control
group were treated with routine care and treatment, while those in the observation group were given systematic nurs-
ing intervention. The knee index score and SAS and SDS scores were compared before and after treatment in the two
groups. Results The knee index score of the observation group was (3.11 ± 1.65) at discharge, significantly lower
than (5.76±2.43) of the control group (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two
groups in the SAS and SDS scores before treatment (P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after
treatment were (36.83±3.67) and (41.02±4.76), respectively, significantly less than (42.01±4.82) and (45.19±5.34) of
the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of the
patient's knee, and improve patients' anxiety and depression, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with
knee osteoarthritis.
