标题：儿童支原体肺炎血清CRP、PCT、免疫球蛋白水平的变化及临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童支原体肺炎(MP)患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、免疫球蛋白水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 选择2018年12月至2020年12月深圳市罗湖医院集团检验科收治的MP患儿60例作为观察组，同期选择来我院体检的60例健康儿童作为对照组。比较两组受试儿童的CRP、PCT、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白E (IgE)水平。结果 观察组患儿的CRP、PCT表达水平分别为(15.46±3.11) mg/L、(0.65±0.12) ng/L，明显高于对照组的(4.12±0.79) mg/L、(0.32±0.09) ng/L，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组患儿的 IgA表达水平为(0.62±0.12) g/L，明显低于对照组的(0.98±0.22) g/L，而 IgG、IgM、IgE表达水平分别为(8.79±1.24) g/L、(1.52±0.41) g/L、(78.13±10.12) g/L，明显高于对照组的(5.02±1.02) g/L、(0.87±0.21) g/L、(18.13±3.02) g/L，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 儿童MP患者的血清CRP、PCT及 IgG、IgM、IgE表达水平均较高，而 IgA表达降低，密切监测MP患儿上述指标变化，对诊断及改善MP患儿预后具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin (PCT) and immunoglobulin levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods A total of 60children with MP, who admitted to Department of Clinical Laboratory, Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group from Dec. 2018to Dec. 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy children who came for physical examinationwere selected as the control group. The levels of CRP, PCT, IgA, IgG, IgM, and IgE of the two groups were compared.Results The expression levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group were (15.46±3.11) mg/L and (0.65±0.12) ng/L,which were significantly higher than corresponding (4.12±0.79) mg/L and (0.32±0.09) ng/L in the control group (P<0.01); the expression level of IgA in the observation group was (0.62 ± 0.12) g/L, which was significantly lower than(0.98±0.22) g/L in the control group, while the expression levels of IgG, IgM and IgE were (8.79±1.24) g/L, (1.52±0.41) g/L, and (78.13 ± 10.12) g/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding (5.02 ± 1.02) g/L,(0.87±0.21) g/L, and (18.13±3.02) g/L in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusion The serum levels of CRP, PCT,IgG, IgM, and IgE are higher in children with MP, while the expression of IgA is lower. Close monitoring of the changesof the above indicators in children with MP has guiding significance for the diagnosis and improvement of the prognosisof children with MP.
