      【摘要】 目的 探讨唾液皮质醇和睾酮水平与军事应激的相关性。方法 选取2018年某部参加新兵集训的新入伍战士60名,分别在军事训练前及军事训练后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,并同时检测唾液皮质醇和唾液睾酮。结果 军事训练前新入伍战士的SCL-90总均分及各因子分值与中国常模比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而军事训练后SCL-90偏执因子、躯体化、抑郁以及总均分分值与中国常模比较显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,军训后战士的唾液皮质醇为(24.01±4.87) nmol/L,明显高于军训前的(16.49±5.13) nmol/L,唾液睾酮为(131.65±35.52) ng/mL,明显低于军训前的(181.99±55.78) ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 由新兵军训引起的军事应激可致唾液皮质醇水平升高,唾液睾酮水平降低。

Correlation between salivary cortisol, testosterone levels and military stress.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between salivary cortisol, testosterone levels and militarystress. Methods Sixty soldiers who participated in the training of recruits in a certain unit in 2018 were selected. TheSymptom Checklist (SCL-90) was used for questionnaire, and the test of salivary cortisol and testosterone were detectedbefore and after training respectively. Results Compared with the norm of China, there was no significant difference inthe SCL-90 total score and the scores of other factors before training (P>0.05), while the SCL-90 paranoia, somatization,depression, and total scores after training were significantly higher than the norm of China (P<0.05). Besides, the salivarycortisol level of soldiers after military training was (24.01±4.87) nmol/L, significantly higher than (16.49±5.13) nmol/Lbefore military training (P<0.05). The salivary testosterone level after military training was (131.65±35.52) ng/mL, signifi-cantly lower than (181.99±55.78) ng/mL before military training (P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that mili-tary stress caused by military training can elevate salivary cortisol levels and reduce salivary testosterone levels.
