      标题:VEGF-2578A/C多态性与子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 评价血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-2578A/C多态性与子宫内膜异位症(EMT)遗传易感性的相关性。方法 通过检索PubMed、EMbase、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和万方数据库中公开发表的有关VEGF-2578A/C多态性与EMT易感性的病例-对照研究,检索时间均为从建库至2019年10月10日。完成筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚后,采用Stata14.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入了7篇病例-对照研究;Meta分析结果示,VEGF-2578A/C多态性与EMT易感性无关联,但异质性较大;根据人种不同进行亚组分析显示:在高加索人人群中等位基因模型(OR=1.278,95%CI:1.021~1.601)、显性模型(OR=1.536,95%CI:1.065~2.216)、杂合子模型(OR=1.528,95%CI:1.098~2.127)会增加 EMT发生的风险,而在亚洲人人群中等位基因模型(OR=0.688,95%CI:0.543~0.871)、显性模型(OR=0.693,95%CI:0.522~0.920)会降低EMT发生的风险。结论 本研究表明VEGF-2578A/C突变在高加索人人群中是EMT的易感因素,在亚洲人人群则为EMT的保护因素。

Association between VEGF-2578A/C gene polymorphisms and the genetic susceptibility to endometriosis: ameta-analysis.

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically review the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-2578A/C polymorphism and endometriosis (EMT) susceptibility by meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, EM-BASE, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang databases were electronically searched to collect case-control studies on the correla-tion between VEGF-2578A/C polymorphism and endometriosis susceptibility from inception to October 10, 2019. Af-ter screening literatures, extracting data and evaluating the bias of the included studies, meta-analysis was performedby using Stata 14.0 software. Results A total of 7 case-control studies were included. The results of meta analysisshowed that there is no correlation between VEGF-2578A/C with endometriosis susceptibility. Due to the heterogene-ity is relatively large, subgroup analysis based on ethnicity showed that in Caucasian population, Allele model (OR=1.278, 95%CI:1.021-1.601), dominant model (OR=1.536, 95%CI: 1.065-2.216), and heterozygote model (OR=1.528,95%CI: 1.098-2.127) increased the risk of EMT, whereas allele model (OR=0.688, 95%CI: 0.543-0.871), and dominantmodel (OR=0.693, 95%CI: 0.522-0.920) would reduce the risk of EMT in Asian population. Conclusion This studyshowed that the VEGF-2578A/C mutation was a susceptible factor for EMT in Caucasian population, but a protectivefactor for EMT in Asian population.
