      【摘要】 目的 了解上海市基层医务人员在新冠肺炎疫情期间的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 在2020年2~3月间采用医务人员心理状况评估问卷对6家社区卫生服务中心、4家二级综合性医院、3家三级综合性医院的 813名医务人员进行测评。结果 813名医务人员心理健康得分为(11.45±16.70)分,其中抑郁维度得分为(4.67±6.46)分、焦虑维度得分为(4.13±5.82)分、人际与孤独维度得分为(2.65±5.32)分;单因素分析结果显示,医务人员心理健康与性别、年龄、学历有关(P<0.05),与婚姻状况、居住情况、职称、医院级别、科室无关(P>0.05)。结论 上海市基层医务人员在新冠肺炎疫情期间的心理健康总体状况尚可,但会出现疲倦、过分担忧一些事情、不容易入睡、容易烦恼等情况,管理部门应加强对医务人员的心理健康监测,对于已有不良情绪的医务工作者应及时介入,避免不良事件的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mental health status and its influencing factors of medical staff inShanghai during the period of COVID-19. Methods From February to March 2020, 813 medical staff from 6 communi-ty health service centers, 4 secondary general hospitals and 3 tertiary general hospitals were assessed with the psychologi-cal status assessment questionnaire. Results The mental health score of 813 medical staff was (11.45±16.70) points. Thedepression dimension score was (4.67±6.46) points, the anxiety dimension score was (4.13±5.82) points, and the interper-sonal and loneliness dimension score was (2.65±5.32) points. Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differ-ences in mental health and gender, age, and education of medical staff (all P<0.05).
