      【摘要】 miRNA是一种内源性RNA,通过与蛋白质编码基因的mRNA配对以指导其转录后抑制,在动植物中发挥重要的基因调节作用。近来研究发现miRNA在肿瘤、炎症和心血管疾病中起着重要的作用。随着冠心病的发病率和病死率逐年上升,冠心病呈年轻化趋势,多中心研究数据表明,miRNA通过直接或间接调控其危险因素进而促进冠心病的发生。本文就miRNA在早发冠心病中的研究进展做一综述。

Research progress of miRNAs in premature coronary heart disease.

Department ofCardiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563300, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 miRNA is an endogenous RNA, which is paired with the mRNA of protein-coding genes to guide itspost-transcriptional suppression, and plays an important role in gene regulation in animals and plants. Recent studieshave found that miRNA plays an important role in tumors, inflammation, and cardiovascular diseases. With the increasein the incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease year by year, coronary heart disease shows a younger trend.Multi-center research data shows that miRNA promotes the occurrence of coronary heart disease through direct or indi-rect regulation and with other factors. This article reviews the research progress of miRNA in premature coronary heartdisease.
