      【摘要】 骨形态发生蛋白和激活素膜结合抑制剂(BAMBI)是TGF超家族信号通路的伪受体,在机体细胞生长等多个生理病理过程中发挥重要的调控作用。Wnt信号通路在细胞水平上参与细胞增殖和分化,在组织水平上参与胚胎发育和分化,在机体中发挥重要作用。相关研究表明,BAMBI可通过Wnt信号通路促进肿瘤的形成和侵袭,促进细胞分化,如促进子宫滋养细胞分化,维持正常妊娠,促进肌肉组织和血管的形成;而与上述结论相反,BAMBI可通过Wnt信号通路抑制肥胖的形成。

Health Management Center, Guilin People's Hospital, Guilin541001, Guangxi, CHINA【Abstract】 BAMBI (bone morphogenetic protein and activin membrane-bound inhibitor) is a pseudo-receptor ofTGF superfamily signaling pathway and plays an important regulatory role in multiple physiological and pathologicalprocesses such as cell growth. The Wnt signaling pathway is involved in cell proliferation and differentiation at the cellu-lar level and involved in embryonic development and differentiation at the tissue level, playing an important role in theorganism. Relevant studies have shown that BAMBI can promote tumor formation and invasion through Wnt signalingpathway, promote cell differentiation, such as promoting uterine trophoblastic cell differentiation, maintaining normalpregnancy, and promoting the formation of muscle tissue and blood vessels. Contrary to the above conclusions, BAMBIcan inhibit the formation of obesity through the Wnt signaling pathway.
