标题：祛毒汤坐浴联合针灸疗法对混合痔PPH术后恢复的影响

      【摘要】 目的 研究祛毒汤坐浴联合针灸疗法对混合痔黏膜环形切除术(PPH)术后恢复的影响。方法 选择安康市中医医院肛肠科2017年2月至2019年2月收治且行PPH术治疗的110例混合痔患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组术后给予常规治疗，观察组术后给予祛毒汤坐浴联合针灸疗法治疗，两组均治疗1周。比较两组患者治疗1周后的效果，排便困难程度、首次排便和创口愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.55%，明显高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的排便困难程度评分为(1.65±1.21)分，明显低于对照组的(2.87±1.45)分，首次排便和创口愈合时间分别为(34.22±3.03) h、(13.83±2.64) d，明显短于对照组的(47.13±4.52) h、(16.26±3.87) d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的伤口出血发生率为5.45%，与对照组的9.09%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者的尿潴留、水肿和疼痛发生率分别为5.45%、14.55%、40.00%，明显低于对照组的18.18%、30.91%、60.00%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 混合痔PPH术后给予患者祛毒汤坐浴联合针灸疗法能促进患者排便和创口愈合，同时改善预后，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Qudu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the recovery of procedure for prolapseand hemorrhoids.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Qudu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion onthe postoperative recovery of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods A total of 110 patients withmixed hemorrhoids who were treated with PPH from February 2017 to February 2019 in Anorectal Department, AnkangHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects. According to random number table, the pa-tients were divided into control group and observation group, with 55 patients in each group. The control group was giv-en routine treatment after operation, and the observation group was given Qudu decoction combined with acupunctureand moxibustion. Both groups were treated for one week. The effect, difficulty of defecation, the time of first defecation,wound healing, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiverate of the observation group was 94.55%, which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group (P<0.05).The score of defecation difficulty in the observation group was (1.65±1.21) points, which was significantly lower than(2.87±1.45) points of the control group, and the time of first defecation and wound healing were (34.22±3.03) h, (13.83±2.64) d, which were significantly shorter than (47.13±4.52) h, (16.26±3.87) d of the control group, all with statisticallysignificant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of wound bleeding in the observation group was 5.45%, which was notstatistically significant as compared with 9.09% in the control group (P>0.05). The incidence of urinary retention, edemaand pain in the observation group were 5.45%, 14.55%, and 40.00%, respectively, which were significantly lower than18.18%, 30.91%, 60.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion After PPH operation, Qudu decoction combinedwith acupuncture and moxibustion can promote defecation and wound healing, and improve prognosis, which is worthyof clinical application.
