      【摘要】 目的 探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与胃癌患者血清白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、白细胞介素-32 (IL-32)的关系。方法 选取2017年1月至2019年10月浦东新区人民医院收治的胃癌患者100例作为研究组,根据是否存在Hp感染将患者分为Hp阳性胃癌组66例,Hp阴性胃癌组34例,另选取同期于我院体检时行胃镜检查的非胃癌者100例作为对照组,根据是否存在Hp感染分为Hp阳性非胃癌组31例,Hp阴性非胃癌组69例。检测并比较各组受检者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平及Hp感染U值,并分析其相关性。结果 研究组患者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平及Hp感染U值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性胃癌组患者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平及Hp感染U值明显高于Hp阴性胃癌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性非胃癌组受检者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平及Hp感染U值明显高于Hp阴性非胃癌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性胃癌组患者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平及Hp感染U值明显高于Hp阳性非胃癌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阴性胃癌组患者的血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平明显高于Hp阴性非胃癌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性者血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平与Hp感染U值均呈正相关(r=0.632、0.602、0.536、0.616、0.566、0.502,P<0.05)。结论 Hp阳性者血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平均异常升高,Hp感染与胃癌患者血清 IL-1β、IL-8、IL-32水平异常升高存在密切联系。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and serum in-terleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-32 (IL-32) in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of100 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to Pudong New Area People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Medi-cal College from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study group, which were divided into Hp positivegastric cancer group (66 cases) and Hp negative gastric cancer group (34 cases) according to the presence of Hp infec-tion, and 100 cases without gastric cancer in physical examination of the hospital in the same period were selected as thecontrol group, which were divided into Hp positive non-gastric cancer group (31 cases) and Hp negative non-gastric can-cer group (69 cases) according to the presence of HP infection. The levels of IL-1β, IL-8, IL-32, and Hp infection U val-ue were detected and compared, and the correlation was analyzed. Results The levels of IL-1β, IL-8, IL-32, and Hpinfection U value in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels ofIL-1β, IL-8, IL-32, and Hp infection U value in Hp positive gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those inHp negative gastric cancer group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1β, IL-8, IL-32, and Hp infection U value in Hp positivenon-gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in Hp negative non-gastric cancer group (P<0.05). IL-1β,IL-8, IL-32, and Hp infection U value in Hp positive gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in Hppositive non-gastric cancer group (P<0.05). IL-1 β, IL-8, and IL-32 in Hp negative gastric cancer group were signifi-cantly higher than those in Hp negative non-gastric cancer group (P<0.05). IL-1 β, IL-8, and IL-32 in Hp positive pa-tients were positively correlated with the Hp infection U value (r=0.632, 0.602, 0.536, 0.616, 0.566, 0.502, P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-1β, IL-8, and IL-32 in HP positive patients are all increased abnormally. HP infection isclosely related to the level of serum IL-1 β, IL-8, and IL-32 levels in patients with gastric cancer.
