标题：温脾泄浊汤联合血液透析治疗CRF的疗效及其对患者24 hUP、血清LPO含量的影响

      【摘要】 目的 观察温脾泄浊汤联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效，并探讨其对患者24 h尿蛋白(24 hUP)、血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响。方法 选取2016年6月至2019年6月期间在西安航天总医院接受治疗的120例CRF患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组仅给予血液透析治疗，观察组在对照组基础上同时给予温脾泄浊汤治疗，两组均持续治疗8周。治疗结束当天，比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 hUP和血清LPO、白细胞介素6 (IL-6)、反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化，并统计治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 95.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的Scr、BUN、24 h UP含量及血清LPO、IL-6、CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低，且治疗后观察组患者的Scr、BUN、24 hUP含量及血清LPO、IL-6、CRP水平均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；此外，观察组患者的总不良反应发生率为5.00%，略低于对照组的6.67%，但差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温脾泄浊汤联合血液透析治疗可有效改善患者的肾功能，抑制机体炎性反应和氧化应激，且安全性好，临床治疗效果显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wenpi Xiezhou decoction combined with hemodialy-sis on chronic renal failure, and its influence on 24-hour urine protein (24 h UP) and serum lipid peroxide (LPO) con-tent. Methods From June 2016 to June 2019, 120 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in Xi'an Aero-space General Hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the method of random number table, they weredivided into observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was only given he-modialysis treatment, while the observation group was given Wenpi Xiezhou Decoction on the basis of the controlgroup, both for 8 weeks. At the end of the treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups, and the changes of serum creat-inine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), 24 h UP, serum LPO, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and reactive protein (CRP) before andafter treatment were compared. In addition, the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the contents of Scr, BUN, 24 h UP, and the levels of serum LPO, IL-6, CRP in the control groupand the observation group were lower than those before treatment, and after treatment, the contents of Scr, BUN, 24 h UPand the levels of serum LPO, IL-6, CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%, significantly lower than6.67% in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion WenpiXiezhuo decoction combined with hemodialysis can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renalfailure, inhibit the inflammatory response and oxidative stress of the body, with good safety and significant clinical treat-ment effect.
