      标题:下肢康复机器人在脑卒中患者康复训练中的应用进展

      【摘要】 随着现代康复医学的发展,下肢康复机器人在脑卒中患者康复中发挥着越来越重要的作用。应用于脑卒中患者的下肢康复机器人包括步态训练康复机器人、辅助行走康复机器人、末端驱动式康复机器人,可以提供步态训练以及坐、站、行走等训练。本文将重点介绍下肢康复机器人的临床应用及技术分析,从而为下肢康复机器在脑卒中康复中的应用和研究提供新思路。

Application progress of lower limb rehabilitation robot in rehabilitation training of stroke patients.

Lower limb rehabilitation robot used in stroke patientsincludes gait training rehabilitation robot, auxiliary walking rehabilitation robot, and terminal driven rehabilitation robot,which can provide gait training as well as sitting, standing, and walking training. This paper will focus on the clinical ap-plication and technical analysis of lower limb rehabilitation robot, so as to provide new ideas for the application and re-search of lower limb rehabilitation machine in stroke rehabilitation.
