标题：绒毛膜下血肿的病因研究进展

      【摘要】 绒毛膜下血肿(SCH)是妊娠早中期中常见的超声影像。SCH患者可出现下腹痛、阴道流血等不适，持续存在的血肿或与不良妊娠结局关系密切。研究SCH的病因及发病机制对及时诊断及干预具有指导意义。现对妊娠合并SCH发生的高危因素、治疗现状及其预后进行综述。

Advances in the etiology of subchorionic hematoma.

Patients with SCH may experience discomfort such as lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Persistenthematoma is closely related to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, studying the etiology and pathogenesis of SCHhas guiding significance for timely diagnosis and intervention. This article reviews the high-risk factors, treatment statusand prognosis of pregnancy with SCH.
