      【摘要】 目的 了解广西部分地区儿童青少年的维生素D现状,为儿童青少年维生素D缺乏的防治工作提供
科学依据。方法 采用横断面调查方法,在广西南宁市、北海市、宾阳县、兴安县、凌云县抽取618名6~17岁儿童青
少年作为研究对象,采集空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫法对血清25-(OH)D的含量进行检测。结果 618名儿童青少
年的血清25-(OH)D水平,男女之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别之间维生素D的缺乏率比较差异无统计
学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组、维生素D缺乏类别的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着年龄的增长,儿童青少年的
25-(OH)D水平逐渐降低,不同年龄间25-(OH)D水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.016);城乡之间25-(OH)D比较差异无
统计学意义(P>0.05)。城乡之间维生素D缺乏率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 广西6~17岁儿童青少年维
生素D缺乏率较高,应当引起重视,应采取合理的措施来提高维生素D的水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of vitamin D in children and adolescents in Guangxi, and to
provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of vitamin D deficiency. Methods In a cross-sectional
study, using stratified and cluster sampling method, a total of 618 children and adolescents aged 6~17 years old
were selected from Nanning City, Beihai City, Bingyang County, Xingan County, Lingyun County. The blood sam-
ples were collected to detect serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25-(OH)D] level by Enzyme linked Immunosorbent As-
say (ELISA). Results Among the 618 children and adolescents, the level of 25-(OH)D showed no statistically signifi-
cant difference between males and females (P>0.05), as well as the rate of vitamin D deficiency (P>0.05). The rate of vita-
min D deficiency, insufficiency and sufficiency showed statistically significant difference between different age groups (P<
0.05). As the growth of the age, the 25(OH)D levels in children and adolescents declined gradually, with no statistically sig-
nificant difference between the age groups (P=0.016). The levels of 25-(OH)D showed no statistically significant differ-
ence between urban and rural areas (P>0.05), but the difference in the rate of vitamin D deficiency was significant (P<
0.05). Conclusion The rate of vitamin D deficiency in children and adolescents aged 6~17 years old is relatively high,
which should be paid special attention to. Reasonable measures should be taken to improve the level of vitamin D.
