      【摘要】 外泌体作为细胞间关键的沟通工具,参与机体各种生理过程以及病理发展当中,巨噬细胞极化分为M1促炎亚型以及M2抗炎亚型,许多文献已证明巨噬细胞的极化状态对疾病的进展转归发挥着调控作用。本文就外泌体如何参与巨噬细胞表型改变及其影响进行综述,叙述在不同器官疾病当中,外泌体调控巨噬细胞极化的分子机制,为该领域的研究提供更充分的理论依据。

Research progress of the regulatory of exosomes on macrophage polarization.

Macrophage polarization is divided into M1 pro-inflammatory subtype andM2 anti-inflammatory subtype. Many literatures have proved that the polarization of macrophage plays a regulatory rolein the progression of the disease. In this paper, how exosomes affect the phenotypic changes of macrophage and their ef-fects in different organ diseases are discussed in detail. The molecular mechanism of exosomes regulating macrophagepolarization will provide more sufficient theoretical basis for the research in this field.
