标题：胃肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物在胃隆起性病变诊断中的应用价值

      【摘要】 目的 研究胃肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物对胃隆起性病变的诊断价值。方法 选取广州中医药大学附属宝安中医院 2016年 1月至 2019年 12月经病理确诊的 118例胃隆起性病变患者进行研究，其中良性组90例，恶性组28例，所有患者均行胃肠超声造影及血清肿瘤标志物糖链抗原(CA72-4)、卵巢癌抗原(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌相关黏液抗原(CA50)、消化道癌抗原(CA19-9)检测，分析胃肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物检测诊断胃隆起性病变的准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果 胃肠超声造影诊断胃隆起性病变的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为 74.6%、82.1%、72.2%；血清肿瘤标志物检测诊断胃隆起性病变的准确性、敏感性、特异性平均值为 65.3%、47.2%、70.9%；胃肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物检测诊断胃隆起性病变的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为88.1%、92.9%、86.7%，明显高于两种方法单独诊断，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胃肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物检测对早期胃隆起性病变的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。
