      标题:上肢康复训练系统在偏瘫患者上肢功能康复中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨上肢康复训练系统在偏瘫患者上肢功能康复中的应用效果。方法 选取上海中冶医院康复医学科2018年10月至2019年10月收治的偏瘫患者42例,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各21例,对照组患者给予常规的康复治疗,观察组患者在常规康复治疗的基础上给予上肢康复机器人进行辅助训练,共治疗4周,每周5次,每次30 min。治疗结束后,运用改良Barthel指数评定法、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表及完成ReoGo上肢康复机器人任务难度得分评价两组患者治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后的上肢综合康复情况。结果 治疗前及治疗2周后,两组患者的改良Barthel指数Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分和完成ReoGo上肢康复机器人任务难度得分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗 4周后,观察组和对照组患者的改良Barthel指数[(70.12±21.63)分 vs(53.12±28.94)分]、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表[(44.41±17.28)分 vs (34.08±13.44)分]和完成ReoGo上肢康复机器人任务难度得分[(42.10±7.44)分 vs (33.08±11.36)分]评分比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 上肢康复训练系统对偏瘫患者的上肢功能康复具有积极的疗效。

Application of upper limb rehabilitation training system in upper limb functional rehabilitation of patients withhemiplegia.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of upper limb rehabilitation training system on upper limb functionalrehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Forty-two patients with hemiplegia, who admitted to Department ofRehabilitation Medicine, China Metallurgical Hospital of Shanghai from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected anddivided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 21 patients ineach group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment. On the basis of conventional rehabilitationtreatment, patients in the observation group were given auxiliary training of upper limb rehabilitation robots for a total of 4weeks, 5 times a week, 30 min each time. After the treatment, the modified Barthel index evaluation method, Fugl-Meyermotor function scale, and the ReoGo upper limb rehabilitation robot task difficulty score and other scales were used toevaluate the comprehensive recovery of upper limbs before and after treatment, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks. Results Beforetreatment and after 2 weeks of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the modified Barthel in-dex, Fugl-Meyer motor function scale score and the difficulty score of completing the ReoGo upper limb rehabilita-tion robot task between the two groups (P>0.05); after 4 weeks of treatment, the modified Barthel index, Fugl-Meyermotor function scale and the difficulty score of completing the ReoGo upper limb rehabilitation robot task in the ob-servation group were (70.12±21.63) points, (44.41±17.28) points, (42.10±7.44) points, which were significantly higherthan corresponding (53.12±28.94) points, (34.08±13.44) points, (33.08±11.36) points in the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The upper limb rehabilitation training system has a positive effect on the upper limb functional rehabilita-tion of patients with hemiplegia.
