      标题:MTHFR C677T基因多态性及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与动脉硬化的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探讨健康体检人群亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR) C677T基因多态性及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与动脉硬化的相关性。方法 选取2018年10月至2019年5月在荆州市中心医院经股颈动脉脉搏波检测诊断为动脉硬化的患者 106例(动脉硬化组),及健康体检者 345例(对照组),分别检测两组受检者MTHFRC677T基因型及Hcy浓度,运用二元 Logistic回归比较MTHFR C677T基因多态性及Hcy水平与动脉硬化的相关性。结果 动脉硬化组人群的血浆Hcy水平为(14.28±9.01) μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(11.41±5.76 ) μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05);动脉硬化组人群的MTHFR C677T基因CT (53/106)、TT (24/106)两种基因型及 T(101/212)等位基因频率明显高于对照组(147/345、53/345、253/690),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归结果显示,MTHFR (CT+TT)基因型及Hcy水平为动脉硬化的危险因素(OR=2.769、0.948,P均<0.05)。结论 MTHFRC677T基因多态性及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与动脉硬化相关。

Correlation study of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene C677T polymorphism and plasma homocysteinelevel with arteriosclerosis.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene C677Tpolymorphism, plasma homocysteine level and arteriosclerosis in people undergoing physical examination. Methods Atotal of 106 patients with arteriosclerosis diagnosed by carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity and 345 healthy people wererecruited in Jingzhou Central Hospital from October 2018 to May 2019. The plasma homocysteine and MTHFR C677Tgenotypes were respectively detected. The association of arteriosclerosis with plasma homocysteine and MTHFR C677Tgene polymorphism was analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results The average value of Hcy in atherosclerosisgroup (14.28±9.01) μmol/L, significantly higher than (11.41±5.76) μmol/L in healthy control group (P<0.01). The fre-quency of CT (53/106), TT (24/106) genotypes, and T alleles (101/212) of MTHFR C677T gene in atherosclerosis groupwas significantly higher than those (147/345, 53/345, 253/690) in healthy control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant (P<0.05). The results of binary logistic regression showed that MTHFR (CT+TT) genotype and Hcywere the risk factors of atherosclerosis (OR=2.769, 0.948, P<0.05). Conclusion MTHFR C677T gene polymorphismand Hcy are related to atherosclerosis.
