标题：浮针“远程轰炸”与电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 比较浮针“远程轰炸”与电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年3~9月在江门市五邑中医院康复科治疗的60例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将患者均分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予常规电针治疗，观察组患者给予浮针“远程轰炸”。对照组7 d为一个疗程，共治疗两个疗程；观察组3 d为一个疗程，共治疗两个疗程。治疗前及治疗后，选择视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分法)评价两组患者的疼痛改善情况，并记录两组患者的治疗效果及患者晕针、滞针、断针、弯针、感染、感觉异常等不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前，两组患者的VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分均明显降低，且观察组患者的VAS评分为(1.01±0.54)分，明显低于对照组的(3.18±0.70)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的总不良反应发生率为3.33%，明显低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与电针治疗方法相比，浮针“远程轰炸”治疗神经根型颈椎病能更有效缓解患者疼痛，提高治疗效果，且操作简单安全，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of floating needle "long-distance bombardment" with thatof electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods From March to September2019, 60 patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Department of Rehabilitation, Jiangmen Wuyi Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in thecontrol group were given routine electroacupuncture for 2 courses, with one course of 7 d, and the patients in the obser-vation group were given floating needle "long-distance bombing" for 2 courses, with one course of 3 d. Before and af-ter treatment, VAS score was used to evaluate the improvement of pain in the two groups, and the treatment effect andthe incidence of adverse reactions such as fainting, stagnation, breaking, bending, infection and sensory abnormalitywere recorded. Results Before treatment, there were no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the VAS score of the observa-tion group was 1.01±0.54, which was significantly lower than 3.18±0.70 of the control group (P<0.05); the total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than23.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with electroacupuncture, floating needle "long-distancebombardment" can relieve the patients' pain more effectively, improve the treatment effect, and operate simply and safe-ly, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
