      【摘要】 镁合金是一种易降解、生物相容性好且具有良好力学性能的材料,近年来受到医学界及材料界的广泛关注并被作为心血管支架、骨内植物等使用。本文综述了常见镁合金材料分类和性能、WE43铸造镁合金在基础研究、动物实验中的表现、临床实验中的影响及反应以及未来发展的展望。

Exploration and prospect of osteogenic properties of WE43 magnesium alloy.

In recent years, magnesium alloy has been widely concerned by the medical community and the ma-terial community, and has been used as a cardiovascular stent and endosseous plant. This paper reviews the classificationand properties of common magnesium alloy materials, the performance of WE43 magnesium alloys in basic research, an-imal experiments, impacts and reactions in clinical experiments, and future development prospects.
