      【摘要】 血小板微粒(PMP)是血小板激活或自身凋亡释放的直径在0.1~1.0 μm的颗粒样物质,具有促进血栓形成、血管新生、参与炎症调节等多种特性,在缺血性脑卒中诊断、治疗及预测预后方面具有巨大潜力。该文旨在探讨PMP与缺血性脑卒中相关病理生理机制、标志物、治疗方面关系并据此作一阐述。

Advances in research on the diagnosis and treatment of platelet microparticles and ischemic stroke.

Department of Neurology, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University,Zhanjiang 524001, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Platelet-derived microparticles (PMPs) are particle-like substances with a diameter of 0.1-1.0 μm re-leased by platelet activation or auto-apoptosis. They have various characteristics such as promoting thrombosis, angio-genesis, and participating in inflammatory regulation. PMPs have great potential in the diagnosis, treatment, and progno-sis of ischemic stroke. This article aims to explore the relationship between PMPs and pathophysiological mechanisms,markers, and treatments related to ischemic stroke.
