标题：Orem自理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者治疗依从性及不良情绪的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨Orem自理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者治疗依从性及不良情绪的影响。方法 选取2009
年1月至2011年6月于本院进行治疗的80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，将其随机分为A组和B组各40例，A
组采用常规护理方法进行护理，B组采用Orem自理模式进行护理，将两组患者护理前及护理后1周、2周的治疗
依从性、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、患者自我评估结果、满意率进行比较。结果 B组护理后1周、2周的治疗依从
性较好率高于A组，HAMA评分、HAMD评分优于A组，患者自我评估结果和满意率也优于A组，P均<0.05，差异
均有统计学意义。结论 Orem自理模式可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者治疗依从性及不良情绪。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of Orem Self-care Model on the treatment of compliance and
unhealthy emotion of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure from Janu-
ary 2009 to June 2011 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B with 40 cases in each group.Pa-
tients in the group A were taken care with routine nursing methods，and in the group B with Orem Self-care Model，
then the treatment compliance，HAMA score，HAMD score and self-assessment of patients，satisfaction rate of two
groups before and after the nursing at first and second week were compared. Results The rate of treatment compli-
ance in group B was higher than those of group A after the nursing at first and second week，HAMA score and HAMD
score were better than those of group A，self-assessment of patients and satisfaction rate were higher than those of
group A，all the P<0.05. Conclusion Orem Self-care Model can improve the treatment compliance and unhealthy
emotion of patients with chronic heart failure.
